Delivery, returns and privacy
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery costs £3.95, or it's free on orders over £40.
Each piece is embroidered after you order, so please allow [X working days] before it is posted. Delivery then takes [X working days] with [courier].
Returns and refunds
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us by email at hello@mysteryclothing.co.uk, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back, including the original standard delivery cost.
The animal is chosen at random, so we can't swap an item just to change the animal. If an item is faulty or the wrong colour or size, we'll replace or refund it and cover the return postage.

Privacy
We use your name, email and address only to take payment for, make and deliver your order, and to answer your questions. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
We keep order records for [X years] for tax purposes. We don't sell your data or use advertising cookies. The site saves your bag in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.
You can ask to see or delete your data by emailing hello@mysteryclothing.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
